I try to buy the Umi brand shoes whenever they are seriously discounted (which is often on amazon). These are great little shoes. They are well made, cute, have incredibly flexible soles that still provide excellent traction (for both crawling and walking) and they stay on. There isn’t much more you can ask of an infant/toddler shoe. They do tend to run a bit wide compared to many other brands but this works well for our daughter and it should work well for most babies in cooler weather when you put them in thicker socks.

I bought a black pair if the Spira Mesa clogs. I don’t have a terribly high instep but my clobs are pretty tight in the instep. That being said, since I have heel spurs, I am really impressed on how comfortable the soles are. I will be buying Spira shows again but I’m more likely to buy something that has shoelaces.

They are great for this price, look way more expensive, good quality, but I ordered 1/2 size up cause everyone said they run small, and that is correct… Small and narrow, but 1/2 size up fit me perfectly and my feet are kinda wide. If yours are very wide, I wouldnt recommend.
