I have this flip flop in graphite. It actually looks like a gun metal and shines. They are thicker in the sole than the thinner strap style making it cushiony when you walk. Again I have no problems with any rubbing and the toe feels great. The color that is advertised is different when you see it in person. No matter since the color is unusual, and I have had a woman walk up to me and bend over to see them. She could not believe how pretty they looked and the price is fabulous. Ten dollars cheaper than the thinner strap style. I never saw these before until I saw them here on Amazon. Macy’s sell these as well but not in this cool color. These flip-flops are fabulous and I am now a fan for life.

I bought these about 2 weeks ago for my 1 1/2 year old daughter. She was in love with them right away, which is something I don’t take lightly. The girl usually throws or kicks off her shoes, but so far these are keepers. The velcro is very secure, so they don’t fall off and they’re not too easy for her to open up and use as a projectile. These shoes just feel very substantial, sturdy, and well made. I won’t be returning to the mall to overspend at Stride Rite again.

I can’t explain the problems the previous reviewer had. I have 2 pairs of this shoe and have had no problems. My daughter is particularly hard on shoes, and these have held up very well. She even got one pair soaking wet, and they still dried out nicely. We’ve had them for about 3 months and she wears them all day, every day. They are super cute and very comfortable.
